Labour Westminster Council has opened its first Community Hub – The Exchange – based at Ernest Harris House, Elgin Avenue, at the junction with Chippenham Road W9. The Hub, co-designed with local residents, will be run in partnership with North Paddington Food Bank.

It’s a great space which will host a range of activities for local residents including lunch clubs, classes, advice sessions on housing, finances, employment and benefits, IT literacy support and much more.
