GEM Environmental Building Services (GEM) teamed up with Councillor Rita Begum to donate the exclusive Magic Cake Tin to College Park Special School in Garway Road.
Students are able to bake over 100 different kinds of shapes using the Magic Cake Tin. The cake tin is adjustable by moving different aluminum pieces, to create different shaped cake pans.
This allows the students to tap into their imagination and get creative within their food technology lessons, whilst having the opportunity to build on their technical skills. The variety of shapes allows students to familiarise themselves with 3 dimensional shapes, an important element within Mathematics. We cannot wait to see the children make use of the Special Magic Cake Tins!
